2007-02-20: MVC Update; Agent Thank-You Contest; Customer Referral
This is the first Agent Tips Newsletter of 2007. MedsViaCanada continues to grow
steadily, thanks to our reliable agents and loyal customers. We are in the process of
moving the website and application software to a new ISP that will better serve our
administrative needs, as well as the needs of our agents. You will be notified of any
changes to our procedures, however, at this time, there are no changes scheduled.
Agent Thank-You Contest
We at MedsViaCanada want to thank all of you, the agents, for all of the hard work you’ve done
ensuring that your customers are getting the required medications at reasonable prices. As a
gesture of thanks, we would like to reward the most productive agents in a tangible way. So,
we’ve launched a contest to reward the agent that brings in the most NEW customers in the
six-month period between March 1 2007 and August 2007. The agent that brings in the most
NEW CUSTOMERS during the contest will win their choice of an iPod Shuffle
or an Omron
Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor. As an added bonus, we are initiating a "customer referral"
program at the same time. Any customer-to-customer referrals from your own customers that
result in new customers will count towards your agent total as well. See below for details.

during the contest dates. Remind your customers to mention your agent number or name, so we can
attribute them to the correct agent. Order need not be shipped within the contest period, but payment for the

CUSTOMER REFERRAL INCENTIVE
MedsViaCanada will begin a customer referral program within the next few weeks. Customers
who refer new customers to MedsViaCanada will receive $15 worth of free shipping towards their
own future orders. And new customers will get a $5 bonus discount on their very first order.
This is a win-win situation for the existing customers and the new ones!
What does this mean to you as an agent? If one of YOUR customers brings in a new customer,
you also get credit for that new customer towards our "Agent Contest". So tell your customers to
refer other people, and remind them to pass along your agent number or name.
