PHARMACY CRITERIA: Licensed Retail Pharmacies can participate in the filling of prescriptions for American Citizens. To become a partner pharmacy,the pharmacy must fulfill the following minimum criteria:

• The pharmacy must be licensed in their own country, have an accredited pharmacist on duty at all times, and adhere to the local laws and the FDA regulations regarding the importation by U.S. citizens of personal medicines.

• The pharmacy must have high-speed Internet access to be able to retrieve and print the orders for filling. A valid email address is required for communications with MVC head office. A fax machine is required because there are times when paperwork will travel by fax instead of electronically.
