Business Partner: PHYSICIAN

PHYSICIAN CRITERIA: Physicians licensed in Canada can participate in the process of authorizing prescriptions for American Citizens. To become a partner physician, you must fulfill the following minimum criteria:

• You must be licensed in Canada in order to authorize Canadian pharmacies to fill prescriptions.
• You must adhere to the local laws and the FDA regulations regarding the importation by U.S. citizens of personal medicines.
• You must have a fax machine to be able to receive and print the customer medical histories and orders for authorization.
• You must have a valid email address for communications with MVC head office.
